Shipping Policy

We ship every order from our U.S. fulfillment center with care. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our processing times, shipping methods, rates, and what to do if something goes wrong. Questions? Email contact@amyandzoe.com.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. During peak periods (holidays, major sales, or new launches) processing may take up to 3 business days.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your package leaves our facility.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — Our default option for contiguous U.S. orders.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Available at checkout for most U.S. addresses.
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — Order by 12:00 PM ET for same-day processing on eligible items.
  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories — Allow 5–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed. Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or weather events.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50(subtotal, before tax).
  • Standard: $5.95 flat rate for orders under $50.
  • Expedited: Starting at $12.95 — calculated at checkout.
  • Express: Starting at $24.95 — calculated at checkout.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly through the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Some aerosol products, fragrances, and items containing alcohol cannot be shipped via air and may be restricted to ground delivery only.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and household members first, then contact your local carrier. If the package cannot be located within 5 business days of the delivery scan, contact us at contact@amyandzoe.com and we'll help you file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
