Return Policy
Your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, we make returns simple. To start a return or exchange, email contact@amyandzoe.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact, OR
- Gently used (less than 20% of product remaining) if you experienced a sensitivity reaction — please include a brief description with your request.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Items must be returned in resalable condition. Products that show heavy use, missing components, or damage from misuse may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked at the time of purchase)
- Gift cards
- Free samples and promotional gifts-with-purchase
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Products without a valid order number
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item).
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the replacement. Email us at contact@amyandzoe.com and we can help coordinate a one-time courtesy exchange where possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
